Welcome from the Director of SCITT

 

We run a successful school centred initial teacher training (SCITT) programme working with TKAT schools and other partner schools across the South East of England, graded as Good by OFSTED (March 2022) and re-accredited by the DfE from 2024.

 

Our SCITT programme offers the primary and secondary school routes and we also realise that potential trainees may need more bespoke training so we are pleased to offer a 7-14 programme, part-time and Assessment Only routes to QTS.

 

The SCITT Team are hugely supportive and have a wealth of experience in both teaching and delivering initial teacher training, caring about our trainees and supporting them throughout the programmes to succeed.  We also draw on external expertise and that of our colleagues from across the Trust.
